// ENHANCEMENT OF SITE ECOLOGY
Through planting works developed with reference to the local Biodiversity Action Plan

The landscape-led site masterplan for Durhamgate creates an attractive green setting for both residential and commercial development plots. Working with our client Colour were appointed to provide landscape design services for the first commercial development to be realised on the site.

Our scheme for the headquarter site delivered their aspirations for a prestigious working environment, including some smaller 'snug' spaces where staff can relax and socialise outside of the office on finer days. The design also responded to the strategic vision of the wider site masterplan.

Our Client, livin, are a homes and communities organisation who manage over eight thousand homes across County Durham in the North of England.
