From clear conceptual diagrams to intelligent hard and soft construction drawings, colour provides the opportunity to let the magic out.

You will be articulate and depending on experience have good design team and client communication skills, compelling writing and LVIA is a distinct advantage for some roles - we practise design orientated impact assessment. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical, professional and communication skills in a supportive stimulating design-orientated environment.

CMLI is essential for experienced roles with senior and associate roles having the opportunity to help shape the future of colour with real career progression. Other grades will have the opportunity for promotion to senior, associate and beyond.
