Colour are integral to a design team that led and created the approved masterplan for the development, one of the largest mixed use developments in the North East of England. The development includes office, commercial, retail and residential development plots, assembled within a strong ecological landscape framework interconnecting with the wider green networks.

"The Colour-UDL team have produced the most stunning effective landscape designs with clever use of materials, products and species. They do not just provide a traditional approach but also think widely in their research and design inspiration. Being actively involved in initiatives such as exploratory play assists this greatly." Ian Beaumont, Project Director CAST
