Grange Farm

Northamptonshire

Grange Farm is located on the south facing slopes overlooking Pitsford Water, a 20th Century reservoir north of Northampton.  A rigorous multidisciplinary approach was taken to the design process including site location options so as meet the highest criteria as required for a Paragraph 84(e) house so as to enhance the landscape of both site and setting.

A strong design concept was developed and endorsed by Design Review Panel that will:  

  • Regenerate & enrich the agricultural landscape

  • Strengthen local landscape character

  • Enhance biodiversity

  • Sequester Carbon

  • Positively respond to the reservoir and landscape modified by humanity
