Hollie Senior

Project Technician

Art and Design (3D) Diploma, Newcastle College 2016

BA (Hons) Architecture, Northumbria University 2016

M Arch Architecture, Northumbria University 2020

With a foundation in architecture, Hollie brings 7 years of people‑focused experience in designing and delivering the built environment, with a strong inside–outside emphasis.

She has contributed to projects across Britain, working at every stage from initial site surveys and concept development through to planning and construction information. Her multidisciplinary experience and familiarity with design standards support the delivery of high‑quality landscape schemes.

As a Project Technician, Hollie’s blend of architectural and landscape knowledge reflects the breadth of skills that make the Colour team distinctive, thoughtful and dynamic - qualities essential to sensitive environments.  She collaborates closely with co‑consultants and supports project directors in developing and producing technical information that aligns with national standards, guidance and biodiversity net gain requirements.

Her interest in landscape, environmental design and the built environment is strengthened by strong software proficiency.  Hollie has played key roles on a range of high‑profile projects, including public‑realm leisure schemes, landscape and ecological enhancement‑led Paragraph 84 dwellings, specialist educational buildings and an innovative neonatal unit project.

Hollie is a co-founding member of Colour’s Thursday lunchtime 5k runners and enjoys yoga and spending time by the sea.

My ambition is to continue to travel to as many countries as possible - to experience different spaces, places, designs along with good food (obviously).
